Hi!! Thank you so much for wanting to get tattooed by me! Please fill out this form below with all the necessary info to submit a request for an appointment. Once received I will review it and get back to you via email.

Submissions are not answered in order. Please keep in mind it may take me several weeks or months to get back to you. Please do not double submit/email me to check in, it makes my inbox hard to navigate. Unfortunately, I will not be able to get back to everyone who submits but I will try my best! If by chance you don’t hear from me this time around please feel free to resubmit the next time my books open. It doesn’t mean I don’t want to do your tattoo!

Currently I am looking to take on tattoos in my style of traditional and/or stipple shading. If I feel your idea isn’t within my capabilities I will refer you to another artist who I think will do a better job! (I do not do realism, watercolor, or super fine line tattoos) I do not tattoo minors even with parental consent.

Detailed Description of Tattoo Idea

Please include as much info as possible. If you have reference photos you'd like to share you can attach them after i send you a response via email. If your request is for multiple people (ex: matching tattoos) please include that as well. Please note: I cannot hold appointments without a tattoo idea.

Design Disclaimer

I typically draw designs the night before appointments which means you won't see it until you arrive. I leave plenty of time to make any edits or changes day of and I'm happy to do so within reason! It's just easier for me to make edits in person and this protects me from having my designs taken elsewhere to be tattooed as well. Please note I will not tattoo another tattoo artist's work.

I understand that I will not be sent my design prior to my appointment but can ask for reasonable edits when I do see it in person

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $100 deposit will be required to hold your appointment. This deposit will come off the total cost of your tattoo day of. I will send further deposit instructions via email once we've agreed upon a date and time. If given 48 hours notice of a need to reschedule your deposit will carry over to the new appointment. If given less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited and you may need to leave another one. If I need to reschedule last minute on my end you will not lose this deposit.

Tattooer Reschedule Policy

I will never give you an issue about being sick or having to reschedule. If told more than 48 hours in advance you will not lose your deposit. That being said, I'm only human and on occasion I will get sick and/or have an emergency come up where I need to reschedule day of. I need to be at 100% to do my best job on your permanent tattoo. If given a hard time about needing to cancel I reserve the right to not re-book your appointment. I do my best to let you know as soon as possible and reschedule you for the earliest available appointment.
